📄 Waivers & Policies

At Sacred Sports, we prioritize the safety, development, and well-being of every athlete. By registering for our programs, all participants and their families agree to the following policies and waivers.

🔐 General Liability Waiver

By participating in Sacred Sports activities, I acknowledge and accept that physical activity involves inherent risks. I release Sacred Sports, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training, games, or events.

I agree not to hold Sacred Sports liable for any accident, injury, or loss incurred while participating in any program activity or event.

🚑 Medical Release

I authorize Sacred Sports staff and representatives to seek emergency medical care if necessary. I understand that all reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent/guardian before any action is taken. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment required.

Parents/Guardians must disclose any medical conditions relevant to the child’s participation during registration.

🧾 Payment Policy

• All program fees must be paid in full before the start of each month or session.

• Payments are non-refundable unless Sacred Sports cancels the session.

• Missed practices or player absences are not credited or refunded.

• Late payments may result in a loss of spot or team eligibility.

👕 Uniform & Equipment Policy

Players must wear appropriate training gear and Sacred Sports-issued uniforms (if applicable) during all practices and games. Players are responsible for bringing their own water and gear (e.g., basketball, shoes, etc.).

📸 Media Release

I grant Sacred Sports permission to use photographs, video, or other media of my child taken during program participation for promotional and social media purposes.

You may opt out of this release in writing by contacting us directly.

🤝 Code of Conduct

We hold all players, parents, and coaches to the highest standards of character, effort, and faith-based respect.

• Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated

• Parents must encourage and support all athletes

• Coaches have the authority to discipline or remove players if needed

📍 Facility Use & Drop-Off Policy

Parents must arrive promptly for drop-off and pick-up. Sacred Sports is not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled practice times. Any damage to the facility caused by a participant may be subject to reimbursement.

🔄 Policy Updates

Sacred Sports reserves the right to amend or update these policies as needed. Families will be notified in writing of any major changes.

✅ Acknowledgment of Understanding

By enrolling in Sacred Sports, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and policies listed above. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for reviewing this information with my child.
